Joel Eli Baucum, son of George W. Baucum and Elizabeth Tyson, married Maud Johnson in Conway Co, AR, in 1896. He died on 7th May, 1950 in Booneville, Logan Co, AR.Maud was the daughter of John T. Johnson (born 1858 Pope Co, AR, died 1924, Fort Smith, Sebastian Co, AR) and Mary J. Dollar (born 1859 AR, died 1951 Fort Smith, Seb. Co, AR.)
Joel Eli and Maud had 13 children, 12 lived to adulthood and most have living descendants.
